About me
A former ad agency consumer strategist, qualitative research consultant for Fortune 50 clients, and organizational development practitioner, I've always been fascinated by understanding the thoughts and feelings that drive our actions.
I now apply my passion for human behavior to leadership coaching and organization development consulting. As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and iPEC Certified Professional Coach, I partner with you to raise your awareness of where and why you're stuck so we can get you moving in a direction that serves you.
Like Alexander Hamilton (the musical version), "I will never be satisfied" when it comes to growth. These days, I'm learning and unlearning parenting beliefs and behaviors with the goal to raise three emotionally intelligent children, signing up for more webinars and newsletters than I can realistically consume (my toxic trait), and unapologetically pulling out my Esther Perel "Where Should We Begin" cards to skip the "small talk" and get to the "real talk."
