A former ad agency consumer strategist, qualitative research consultant for Fortune 50 clients, and organizational development practitioner, I've always been fascinated by understanding the thoughts and feelings that drive our actions.
I now apply my passion for human behavior to coaching and organization development consulting. As a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and iPEC Certified Professional Coach, I partner with you to raise your awareness of where and why you're stuck so we can get you moving in a direction that serves you.
Like Alexander Hamilton (the musical version), "I will never be satisfied" when it comes to learning. These days, I'm over-consuming parenting content with the goal to raise three emotionally intelligent children, signing up for more webinars than I can realistically attend (my toxic trait), and unapologetically pulling out my Esther Perel "Where Should We Begin" cards to the dismay of those around me.
